Return & Refund Policy
At Creative Duo LLC, we take pride in creating custom crafts, apparel, and personalized products made with care. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or made to order, we ask that you carefully review all order details before completing your purchase.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded once the order has been placed, designed, approved, or moved into production.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom shirts and apparel
Personalized items with names, dates, photos, logos, or custom wording
Custom tumblers, towels, bags, gifts, and accessories
Business branding items
Special request designs
Bulk orders, group orders, and event orders
Sale, clearance, or discounted items
Because these products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold.
Custom Order Disclaimer
By placing a custom order with Creative Duo LLC, you understand and agree that your item will be created based on the information, images, colors, sizes, spelling, and design details you provide.
Please carefully check all details before submitting your order. Creative Duo LLC is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including but not limited to:
Misspelled names or words
Incorrect dates, wording, or phrases
Wrong shirt size, color, or style selected
Low-quality, blurry, dark, cropped, or screenshot images
Incorrect shipping information
Design details that were approved by the customer
Once a proof has been approved or production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed and may require an additional fee.
Design Proofs & Approval
For some custom orders, a digital design proof may be provided before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof carefully.
By approving the design proof, you confirm that all spelling, layout, colors, images, sizing, and design details are correct. After approval, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or exchanged.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom, ready-made items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be:
Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage
In its original condition and packaging
Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to an error by Creative Duo LLC, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
If we determine that an error was made on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue.
Sizing Disclaimer
Please review all size charts before placing your order. Sizing may vary depending on the garment brand, style, and fit.
Creative Duo LLC is not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. Custom apparel cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to sizing issues.
Color Disclaimer
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, monitor differences, fabric type, and printing method.
Slight color variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
Image Quality Disclaimer
For custom photo, logo, or graphic items, the quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the image provided by the customer.
Low-resolution, blurry, dark, filtered, cropped, or screenshot images may not print clearly. Creative Duo LLC is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-quality images submitted by the customer.
Cancellations
Custom orders may only be canceled if production has not started and materials have not been ordered.
Once a design has been created, materials have been purchased, a proof has been approved, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued when approved by Creative Duo LLC. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time once the refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Creative Duo LLC.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
