2. Products & Services

Product availability, pricing, colors, sizes, and designs may change at any time without notice.
3. Custom Orders
Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or made to order. By placing a custom order, you agree that the item will be created based on the information, images, wording, colors, sizes, and design details you provide.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order. Creative Duo LLC is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, wrong sizes, poor-quality images, or incorrect shipping information.
Once a custom order has been placed, designed, approved, or moved into production, it may not be canceled, changed, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
4. Design Proofs
For some custom orders, Creative Duo LLC may provide a digital proof before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof.
By approving a design proof, you confirm that all spelling, wording, images, layout, colors, and details are correct. Once approved, production may begin, and changes are not guaranteed.
Any changes requested after proof approval may require an additional fee.
5. Customer-Provided Images, Logos & Content
By submitting photos, logos, artwork, names, phrases, or other content to Creative Duo LLC, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use that content.
You agree not to submit copyrighted, trademarked, stolen, offensive, or unauthorized material unless you have permission from the rightful owner.
Creative Duo LLC reserves the right to refuse any order that includes content we believe is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or violates the rights of another person or business.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, product photos, website content, text, logos, and branding created by Creative Duo LLC remain the property of Creative Duo LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership rights to the design, artwork, files, or creative concepts unless a separate written agreement is made.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Orders will not begin processing until payment, deposit, or agreed payment arrangement has been received.
For bulk or custom orders, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or production begins.
8. Order Processing
Processing times vary depending on the item, order size, customization details, and current order volume.
Estimated processing times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to missing information, delayed customer responses, supply availability, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
9. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Creative Duo LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Creative Duo LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for tracking issues or delivery claims.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because many of our items are custom or made to order, custom and personalized items are final sale.
Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange only if they meet the requirements listed in our Return & Refund Policy.
Creative Duo LLC reserves the right to approve or deny return, refund, exchange, or cancellation requests.
11. Product Colors, Sizing & Image Quality
Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, monitor differences, fabric type, and printing method.
Sizing may vary by brand, garment style, and fit. Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts before ordering.
For photo, logo, or image-based products, the final quality depends on the quality of the image provided by the customer. Low-resolution, blurry, dark, cropped, filtered, or screenshot images may not print clearly.
12. Refused Orders
Creative Duo LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
Inappropriate or offensive content
Copyright or trademark concerns
Incomplete order information
Payment issues
Abusive or disrespectful communication
Orders we are unable to fulfill
If an order is canceled by Creative Duo LLC before production begins, a refund may be issued when applicable.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
