Processing Time
Most items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Processing time may vary depending on the item, order size, customization details, and current order volume. Large custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and delivery location.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are created specifically for each customer. Please double-check all names, spelling, colors, sizes, and design details before submitting your order.
Creative Duo LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect customization information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order total, package size, weight, and delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Creative Duo LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Creative Duo LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders in the Columbia, South Carolina area. If local pickup is available, instructions will be provided during checkout or by email.
